The Day after Thanksgiving is known as the Biggest Shopping Day of the Year aka “Black Friday”! Although I did hear on the radio that technically the Saturday before Christmas is officially the BIGGEST Shopping Day of the year.
I obviously did not try to be the first in line at any store at 5 am this morning. I am headed to Menards though as they have some great deals going on until 11 am. They have had some awesome prices on stuff the last few years. You non-Midwesterners are missing out.
If you have the sale ads in front of you, and don’t want to fight the crowds today, order the same deals online! Click on the store’s name (ie Walmart, Kmart, Sears, Radio Shack, etc) and order online to have your purchases delivered to your door for the same price!
Some online stores even have Exclusive Online Only Sales! We added some of the deals on our Black Friday page.
If you do decide to brave the masses, be sure to be armed with Coupons for the Stores you plan to visit (ie ToysRUs has a $5 off $25 Instore Printable Coupon!)
