For you ShoppingBookmarks’ Veterans, I’m sure you remember Flooz, the online currency that Whoopi Goldberg promoted. It was fun to earn free flooz and spend it, then it just disappeared! I had almost $300 in my account, and it was just gone one day!

I just got a bankruptcy notice via email, and am attaching the claim forms here, as I know some of you that were due money also did not receive the email since a lot of people have changed email addresses over the years.
