I always have good intentions about dieting and exercise, but most of the time they just stay intentions and don’t amount to anything. But I’ve been considering the “3 Day Diet”. I first heard about it when my favorite radio announcers tried it and lost 7 and 8 pounds each. You follow a menu for 3 days, then eat normally for 4 days. I liked the idea that you can still drink Diet Pop (I can’t give up my caffeine), but I’m having a hard time accepting the fact I’d have to eat A LOT of tuna. I hated eating tuna sandwiches as a kid, so I’ve never made my kids experience such trauma. I’m also considering the Cabbage Soup Diet, but again, that may just stay a consideration. Liposuction is always a good consideration as well.
