We ended up getting 23 inches of snow last week! What a way to start Spring! At least we didn’t lose power this time. With a snow storm at the beginning of the week, and parent-teacher conferences at the end of the week, my kids only had 2 half days of school last week! Boy, was I happy at 8 am this morning to have a quiet house. 
And I realized that I am extremely out of shape after scooping the deep snow from my sidewalks! Living on a double corner lot equals lots of sidewalk. I will have less sidewalk at my new house location, but more driveway. I just can’t win.
The new basement has been dug, but the pouring of the basement walls has been halted due to the weather. Once it all starts to melt, we are going to have a muddy mess I believe. I’ll take some pictures when we get started for you to see the progress.
