So, I am homeless. It’s been quite the ordeal. All of my belongings are in a storage unit until my new house is finished. I am staying with my dad. You can read about my “hardship” at HouseForKim.com. Go ahead, you can feel sorry for me. 
Instead of having my mail forwarded here for a month and then to the new house, I went ahead and am having it forwarded to the new house right away. I already ordered Free Address Labels. And now to change my address on all my bills, etc. The USPS will forward 1st class mail for one year, but magazines for only 2 months. I found this list of links to the change-of-address forms for most magazines. Helpful!
The best part of the Change-of-Address Kit from the USPS is it includes coupons! Like 10% off Home Depot. I plan to venture to Sioux City to pick out light fixtures there. I am SO ready to move in the new house!
