On a girls trip to Omaha, we did something we all talked about having done, but never did - got measured to see if we were wearing our correct bra sizes. Victoria\’s Secret offers free measurements. Turns out not only do I have the most common shoe size in America, but the most common bra size as well.
I still cannot believe I actually spent $48 for a bra (no coupons!), but I have to admit it is the nicest, most comfortable bra I\’ve ever worn. Now if I\’d just get motivated enough to hand wash it. That would be the only bad thing about them - they are not machine washable.
The salesgal talked me into signing up for Victoria Secret\’s Angel Card to receive coupons, so I did. I\’m anxious now to go back to redeem my coupons for free panties and $10 off any bra.
When we left Westroads Mall, we wanted to check out the new Cheesecake Factory, but decided that we didn\’t want to wait 2 hours for a table. Even the line to buy slices of cheesecake-to-go was out the door. We\’ll have to wait until all the newness-hype dies down.
So we settled on Chili\’s (my fav restaurant ;-), but when we were ready to pay, my wallet was gone! Panic set in as I dumped my purse out and rummaged the vehicle. I remembered the last time I had it was at Victoria\’s Secret. I called there, and they had it. Thank Goodness! They were only going to be open for 15 minutes, so we trekked back across town just in time to get it. I felt a little luckier after that.
