Last May, postage stamp rates went up 2¢ to 41¢, and come this May 12, they are going to be raised yet another penny to 42¢! I’ve been using email and billpay more and more to avoid stamp costs, as I presume many are, thus the reason for an increase.
And I just bought a roll of 41¢ [...]
