Banana Split Dessert

1/4 Cup Oleo (Melt)
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
Mix together and press into 9X13 pan.
Beat together:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup softened Oleo
2 eggs - And Spread over Crumb Crust
Layer with 5 sliced Bananas, Drained (Well) Crushed Pineapple And Sliced Strawberries. Cover With Cool Whip. Sprinkle with Chopped Nuts and (Opt.) Marichino Cherries Refrigerate Overnight. VERY RICH!

Cherry Chiffon Dessert

1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 Can Crushed or Tidbit Pineapple (Drained Well)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 8 Oz. Cool Whip
1 Cup Minature Marshmallows
In Large Bowl, Mix All Ingredients, Chill for 30 Minutes.
FAST & EASY, DELICIOUS

Colorful Macaroni Salad

Cook Elbow Macaroni until desired tenderness. (Approx 5 to 6 cups)
Boil 6 eggs, peel, and chop.
One good sized tomato chopped.
One medium cucumber washed and cut into small chuncks.
One half small onion, chopped.
A Few Shakes Of Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Mix Together:
One and 1/2 Cup Salad Dressing
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbls. Vinegar
Pour Over Other Ingredients, Stir Well and Refrigerate.
DELICIOUS!!!!

Crock Pot Potatoes

10 lbs. white potatoes (peeled, cooked and mashed or whipped)
Add:
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1-12 oz. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
Place into large crock pot and refrigerate.
This can be made up a couple of days ahead of time if you are preparing for company and need stove or oven space for other food items. Take out 2 to 3 hours prior to meal and turn on High.

Delicious and Easy Parmesan Potatoes

1/4 Cup Butter (1/2 Stick)
1/2 Cup Fine Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Parmasan Cheese
1/4 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
4 Medium Red Potatoes
1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
Preheat oven 350 Degrees. Melt butter in 10X15 Jelly Roll Pan.
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Peel potatoes and slice crosswise into 1/2 Inch slices. Dip slices of potato in egg then in crumb mixture. Arrange in pan in one layer. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.

Delicious Jello Salad

1 Can Crushed Pineapple (Undrained)
1 Pkg. Grape Jello
16 Large Marshmallows
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
1 8oz. Cool Whip
Heat pineapple, jello and marshmallows. COOL. Beat in cream chees and milk, Add cool whip. Fold in Jello Mixture... Cool and EAT!!!!!

Delicious Meatballs For Supper

Make these meatballs either With Barbecue Sauce Baked On Them Or With a Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup on them Or Put A Can of Golden Mushroom Soup On them For A Tastee Gravy Before Baking........

1 Package Saltine Crackers - Crushed Fine
Add: 1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
Stir till evenly distributed
Add: 1 to 1 1/2 lbs Of Hamburger And Mix Thoroughly
Form into Ball and place in cake pan to bake.
Top With Any choice from above or just cover with Ketchup......
Bake 350 Degrees for 1 Hour.............

Easy Cheezy Corn

Two Large Bags Frozen Corn
One Block Velveeta Cheese (Cut into Chunks)
2 Sticks Margarine or Butter
2 Packages 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Slice into Chunks)
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Sugar
Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
Put All ingredients into Crock Pot
Turn on High for One Hour, Stir Once or Twice
Turn on Low for Another Hour.....DELICIOUS

Easy CoolWhip Cranberry Salad

1-16 Oz. Can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1 Cup Tropical Fruit TrailMix (No Bananas)
2 Oz. Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (Optional)
12 Oz. CoolWhip (thawed)
Break up cranberry jelly with a fork. Stir in TrailMix and Nuts. Carefully fold Whipped Topping and Refridgerate. Best if prepared and served the same day.

Easy Rhubarb Dessert

6 Cups Rhubarb (cut up)
2 Cup Sugar
2 Pkgs. Strawberry Jello
One White or Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/2 Cups Water
2/3 Cups Butter
Spread rhubarb over bottom of 9X13 pan, sprinkle with sugar and jello. Then sprinkle dry cake mix over and pour over water and melted butter. Bake 350 Degrees for 1+ hour. Serve With: Cool Whip or Ice Cream (Optional)

Fast & Easy Fruit Salad

1 Can Fruit Cocktail
1 Can Pineapple Tidbits
1 Can Mandarin Oranges
Two Bananas Peeled and Sliced
1 Tub Fresh Strawberries Cleaned and Sliced
1 Can Peach Pie Filling (I like Apricot)
Stir together, refrigerate and EAT

Fast & Easy Rhubarb Sauce

Cut your rhubarb into small chuncks, about 2 to 3 cups
Cover half way with warm water in small pan and
Cook over medium heat until until tender and breaking apart
Will look somewhat like applesauce
Remove from heat
While still warm to hot, pour over 1 pkg of strawberry flavored jello
Stir well, cool and Eat It Up!!!

Grandma's Mandarin Orange Cake

1 Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Cooking Oil
Small Can Of Mandarin Oranges plus juice
Beat Cake Mix and juice for 3 minutes.
Greased and floured 9X13 Pan
Bake 35 minutes @ 350 degrees.
TOPPING:
1 - 9 oz Container Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 - 20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple with juice
Mix together and spead over cooled cake
Refrigerate and eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Delicious!

Oven Baked Corn

Crush finely 1 pkg of saltine crackers
Stir together: 1 egg beaten
1/2 cup sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
Add: 1 Can Creamed Corn & 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 Minutes......
Umm Umm Good!

Rhubarb Coffee Cake

1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Oleo
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Buttermilk (I buy the powdered)
1 Tsp. Soda Sifted With 2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Finely Cut Up Rhubarb
TOPPING: Mix: 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Coconut & 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Mix together and pour into Greased 9X13 Pan, Sprinkle on Topping and Bake 350 Degrees for 45 Minutes. Can top with Cool Whip.

Skinny Pancakes (Crepes)

2 Cups Sifted Flour
Dash of Salt
2 Eggs
2 to 2 1/2 or 3 Cups of Milk (depends on how skinny you like your cakes)
Mix with Wire Whisk till smooth.
Fry on Med. Heat in greased fry pan.
Pour Batter into pan, lift and turn pan so batter spreads evenly.
Fry till wet look is gone, flip cake and brown slightly.
Cover with syrup, sugar and corn syrup or jelly.
You could also fill with sour cream, fruit, etc.....
Roll and cut into pieces. EAT! DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Crust:
2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 to 3/4 C. brown sugar
1 Stick margarine melted
Mix Well& Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Put in refrigerator to cool.
1st LAYER:
8 Oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 Tub Cool Whip
3/4 Cup Sugar
Mix and Spread over cooled crust.
Be sure to spread evenly and on edges so next jello layer doesn't run down to crust
TOP LAYER:
1 6 Oz. Pkg. Strawberry Jello (Mix With Hot Water ONLY)
Add: 20 Oz. Frozen Strawberries
Mix, Let Stand until thickened and spread over 1st layer.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.....
